Daily Duties at Ibm Corporation:
Apply leadership skills while coordinating the reporting of CIO Technical Milestones by corporate due dates. Work to streamline existing procedures. 4. Participate as an ASCA KCO Test team Subject Matter Expert (SME), performing independent KCO application compliance testing while aggressively working to close Prior Quarter defects, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) as required. 5. Coordinate team monthly Open Defects reporting for management awareness. 6. Lead CIO Application Test Metrics reporting by both generating and delivering application compliance metrics and defect analysis to the Application Operations Management COE on a periodic basis. Respond to all Management & Application Operations Management COE requests.. Essential Practices Initiative Manager for EP1 & EP4, IT Security Website Administrator. 2. Execute Program Manager responsibilities to effectively support various activities in the IT Risk Management Organization in a timely, professional manner, and On Demand as needed. Perform Program Manager responsibilities for the IT Risk Map Assessment process, ensuring milestones are on track across all risk categories, according to quarterly activity schedule, enabling VP of IT Risk to report results to IT Risk Management Steering Committee on a quarterly, pre-defined calendar basis. 6. Perform Process Manager role for the IT Risk Policy function, managing cadence of the policy publication calendar activities and reporting status to management on a regular basis. 7. Project Manager on the IT Risk OpenPages team responsible for deploying IT Risk Map pilot on schedule.. Collaborate globally and work effectively across all teams assigned to each of the 2012 IT Risk Management Essential Practices workstreams. Responsibilities include providing weekly status into BTMT for projects that I am the assigned Solution Lead for, as part of the overall Essential Practices reporting cadence. 10. Facilitate successful organizational events that include executing Quarterly All Hands Meetings across the global Organization consisting of 70 global employees.. 12. Coordinate all IT Risk HR activities as required; Generate IT Risk Purchase Order (PO) requests as needed for the IT Risk Management Team and organization peers. Execute Program Manager responsibilities to effectively and consistently provide program development, planning guidance and support for the IT Risk Assessment Process. Examples include supporting the design and management of the IT Risk Assessment Process and Management System including the Identification and measurement of IT Risk across key areas of IBM. Primary areas of focus include: Transformation Risk for all key IT Transformation Initiatives; IT Security Risk; Business Continuity Risk for IT asset, business process and strategic data centers, IT Compliance, Product Risk and Interdependency risk 2) Lead team consisting of OpenPages Administrator, OpenPages Report Writer, and OpenPages Developer on the identification of requirements needed to sustain and improve Risk Management processes, including development of ongoing enhancements, and also the onboarding of various IBM WW groups that are interested in using OpenPages. Develop IT Risk Management Assessment education modules - including education and training focused on the use of OpenPages. Focus is to build initial education for IBM Finance, then expand to the global population. 6) Manage Chapter 2 of ITCS104 with minimal supervision, by leading team of 64 Technical Specification Owners through each routine publication cycle including any emergency updates to the Standards that might arise.
