Daily Duties at Indiana Department Of Education (Idoe):
I began with an audit of the IDOE DR Plan then prepared and presented an observation/recommendation report on how to improve and then implement their plan. Next, I designed an educational approach using several eLearning courses designed to fit a government agency to teach them about Business Continuity Management and how to implement a full readiness program. We began with the IT department, using them as a pilot with plans to roll the initiative out agency wide once completed.
