Daily Duties at Sears Roebuck & Co.:
(Sears outsourced QA group to TCS America in January 2005) As a member of the Retail System QA team, worked to ensure that all software applications in the store environment functioned as required. This multi-tiered system included but is not limited to the following: Client/Servers, Mainframe, Radio Frequency (RF) Access Point, Web-based wireless palm devices, centralized databases, and third party interfaces.
