Daily Duties at Core Logic Solutions Llc:
1. Built Sales Operations in the GTM: Selected by the CoreLogic Executive Staff (CEO, CFO, etc) to build and then lead Sales Operations for all of CoreLogic. My role in this position was two fold, first to bring the disparate groups that were to be part of sales operations for the company together into a single unified organization that was to support the operational reorganization called "go to market" and second operationalize those groups. The organization that would become Sales Operations was composed of many individual groups within the company that had operated in silos. This involved bringing together 7 account management organizations, integration management, client services, sales support, sales readiness and business automation. A target of 20% reduction in process time was established as a future state improvement target. My organization used a six sigma approach to assessing the processes, reengineering them and driving the needed change to reduce processing time by at least 20% to increase time to revenue. 2 Legal Production: In addition to those activities my organization also completed many additional items including: taking on all legal production/drafting for the corporation. This was a massive undertaking that involved reengineering the way the corporation drafted agreements, SOWs, Master Agreements and other legal documents. I built a center of excellence in West Lake TX staffed with paralegals, non-practicing attorney and offer shore India based attorney's to take on all legal document drafting for the company. 3: Client Benchmarking/NPS: Also beyond the initial scope of sales operations I took on reengineering how CoreLogic obtained, measured and took action on client feedback. This involved finding a methodology, building a framework, finding a partner to work with and then rolling out an enterprise wide program to obtain, catalog and action on client feedback. I selected the Net Promoter System (NPS) and partnered with Satmetrix to develop a program for CoreLogic worldwide. We educated the company on NPS, trained and certified key resources on the NPS methods, established a NPS benchmark for the company, solicited feedback from clients (top accounts through mass market, across all sectors), tracked feedback and then actioned against feedback. Feedback, analysis and results were reported to CoreLogic's Board of Directors, executive staff and segment leadership. My organization tracked all items over the course of 2013 and continued the program on an annual basis. 4: Integration Management: Another responsibility my organization took on was the development of a standardized methodology for large complex client integrations. As the organization came together it became clear that CoreLogic didn't have a unified manner to approach these engagements. The result was each client integration was handled in a different manner without a common set of processes and procedures to ensure consistency of the engagement and manage costs. Leveraging off my previous consulting experience I helped my directors develop a enterprise deployment methodology that is common across all CoreLogic client integration projects. This results in a common experience for clients, a standardized set of documentation, streamlined testing and easier support as the methodology stipulates what is required to be provided to the support teams.
What they like about Core Logic Solutions Llc:
The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social. When you investigate a new hiring company, ask recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers about the social life and opportunities there. This is especially important when you are relocating; moving dramatically alters your social sphere both inside and outside the workplace.
