Daily Duties at Sisters Of Mercy Health System:

I was brought in to provide senior leadership to the IT Technical Services organization, chart both a tactical and strategic vision for Mercy's technology, reduce expenses through aggressive vendor negotiations and significantly improve processes and procedures to reduce downtime. I led the IT team in all these respects, resolved a major technology roadblock, developed the next budget to include a $32 million operating and $36 million capital budget with a staff of 153. I completed the 15 task assigned to me and many others in four months rather than the full six months available to me.
