Daily Duties at Psi:
As part of the Senior Management of PSI based in Washington DC, responsible to lead high-level Marketing, Research and Management technical assistance team to support PSI global programs in over 40 countries to improve quality of programs to achieve health impact. Developed annual plans and budgets in line with PSI strategic plan to ensure technical assistance able to meet demand of field representatives. Particular challenge was to led expansion of the use of the behavior change framework (from pioneering work led by me in Mozambique) to improve the quality of PSI programs globally.
