Daily Duties at Psi:
As Director based first in Lagos then Abuja, responsible for all aspects of in country operations, including Team Leadership; Strategic Planning; Annual Budgets; Program Development, Implementation, and Evaluation; Financial Management; Human Resources; Organizational Development; External Relations; New Business Development; and Reporting. Particular challenge in Nigeria was to effectively launch the new 7-year Promoting Sexual and Reproductive Health for HIV/AIDS Reduction Program, the largest AIDS Prevention program in the world. In addition, as Managing Director for PSI's local partner in Nigeria, the Society for Family Health, responsible for developing improved governance and capacity for local Senior Management Team.
