Daily Duties at Psi:
As Director based in Bucharest, responsible for all aspects of in country operations, including Team Leadership; Strategic Planning; Annual Budgets; Program Development, Implementation, and Evaluation; Financial Management; Human Resources; Organizational Development; External Relations; New Business Development; and Reporting. Particular challenge in Romania was to transition the team and program to becoming a financially sustainable operation since bi-lateral donor funding was going away when the country was entering the EU in January 2007.

You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
