Daily Duties at Gradalis, Inc:

Apheresis consultant for Mary Crowley Cancer Center Coordinating tumor procurement and transport; ensuring execution of proper tissue handling protocol in the operating room up to centralized manufacturing facility. Training and management of new manufacturing employees until qualified with aseptic processing, proper cleanroom gowning, environmental monitoring, sanitization, cleaning/change over, educated with current Good Manufacturing Practices, and expert with vaccine preparation. Maintain a lab notebook, fill forms and batch production records. Involved in process and assay development following Good Laboratory Practices, and presenting results. Executed performance qualification of in-house sterility testing using the Biomerieux BacT/Alert 3D (microbial detection system) and Limulus Amebocyte Lysate gel clot endotoxin test methods, and compounding aseptic isolators. Performed ongoing stability testing on autologous vaccines (RNA extraction, RT PCR, PCR, QPCR) and lipoplexes and liposomes (DNA extraction, RNA extraction, PCR)
