Prepared MAK and VacCell Processor technology (macrophage and dendritic cell based cancer vaccine) Utilized monocyte derived macrophage and dendritic cells culture by elutriation cell process. Initiated oxidative assay, cell purification and flow cytometry. Expanded DC cell culture in presence of IL13 and GMCSF Provided training for new employees in VacCell Processor technology.
