Daily Duties at Us Army :
In a team of 50 to 60 employees worked to ensure that all Military Units equipments such as Vehicles, Artilery, and Communications equipment was battle ready. Under the definitions of battle ready vehicles, Artillery, Communications equipment were either repaired, upgrade, or to maintain sustainability. My individual part in this mission was the operation and management of the SAMS-E data base system. Verify day to day vier email what equipment Units would bring to the Production Controller for specific work. After verification of equipment I would process all awaiting files in the SAMS-E that was transmitted by these Units. After processing awaiting files I would them send updates to specific Units on the status on each equipment thats was brought to us for repairs, annual service, or upgrade and sustainability. Process all jobs completed which includes man hours, types of services provided and current location of equipment is into the SAMS-E system. Generate 5 to 6 reports, compiled all reports into excel, enter mathematical formula to pull specific data base on (due dates, waiting time for parts, project closed date, project open date and essential parts). Weekly meeting with immediate supervisor update and discuss all new work orders upcoming project, current project and recently closed projects.
