Daily Duties at Aecom/Ac First :
Operated and manage Standard Army Maintenance System (SAMS-E). Generate status reports base on MRAP vehicular parts and work orders open in the SAMS-E. Direct communication with the client (US Army) on work order status. Open work orders for MRAP vehicles in need of Battle Damaged repairs and/or Sustainment. Order, Process and Closed work orders for all MRAP vehicles through the SAMS-E. Operated and managed Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS) for all weapons repair and tracking parts. Generate status reports base on artillery weapons work orders open in AWRDS. Order, Process and Closed work orders for all weapons through the AWRDS. Generate 10 to 15 reports, compiled all reports into excel, enter mathematical formula to pull specific data base on (due dates, waiting time for parts, project closed date, project open date, essential parts). Would dial in on weekly conference call meetings to discuss projects status, safety topics,and to share idea, . Once a week one and one meetings with my immediate supervisor to update and discuss upcoming project, current project, recently closed projects, and all cancelled vehicular parts. I would train new employees on the SAMSE system, day to day responsibilities, step by step procedures on running the daily reports and how to communicate the weekly updates to my section supervisor. Independently managed the SAMS-E system and communicate necessary project status/parts to approximately 45 mechanics working on military MRAP vehicles.
