Daily Duties at I Gate:

Became a trusted advisor to clients and proactively seeks ways to add value. Forge partnerships with customers, sales and delivery teams. Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration in addressing client needs and overcome bottlenecks. Qualify opportunities and champion opportunities throughout the delivery and execution process. Provide estimates, create proposals, Solutions, Value proposition, and SOWs for given RFP. Drive conversations to close proposal-based deals. Participate in client negotiations around cost, scope, timeline and work through sales to secure a contract. Drive high customer satisfaction by providing quality assurance and periodic reviews throughout projects. Maintain the motivation and morale level of the team members for better and improved performance. Understand client’s key business drivers and provide ongoing strategic consultation. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow and improve the account. Develop innovative solutions. Manage Global Delivery across verticals, ensure gross margin, improve utilization -Onsite-offshore ratios, Increase revenue growth, manage and monitor budgeting, ensure timely billing and revenue realization activities aligned with organizational goals. Oversee all project execution activities such as planning, costing, delivery and post-delivery review. Manage and track multiple program schedules, technical issues, risks and priorities. Define go-to-market strategy for Enterprise Solution. Evaluate structure and manage to negotiate strategic complex deals.
