Daily Duties at Anthem Blue Cross:
Trained 20-25 new underwriters in a 5 years time frame, lead underwriter responsible for all personnal, work flow, direct inventory reports, assisted direct manager with phones calls, agent issues, traveling underwriter within 3 states (CA,CO and NV), complete knowlege of 3 states products and plans. Worked with multiple departments within Anthem, membership, small group, enrollment, underwriting support, Health Plan advisors. Go to person for internal agents, direct sales, telmarketers, captive agents. Responsible for premier partners (top 50 agents in each state).
