Daily Duties at Jeppesen:

Senior Sales Executive: Established and maintained relationships with current and potential customers to cultivate new selling opportunities. Products sold were various Navigation Software systems used for Flight Planning, Digital Navigational Data, aircraft dispatching systems and paper charts Product Support Supervisor: Managed a team of Product Support Specialist that provided customer support for all company Digital Products. Responsible for Product services and training to existing and potential customers. Primary responsibility of this position was to ensure customer satisfaction utilizing a proactive approach of implementing company policies and procedures. Customer Service Executive: Provided service, support and training to existing and potential international/domestic airline/corporate customers. Major responsibilities were to provide technical expertise, customer support, on-site customer support, develop training programs and documentation Position included leading customer-based cross-functional teams, analyzing customer requirements and provided guidance to production teams. Assisted Sales/Marketing by identifying potential revenue opportunities, establishing/generating contacts, and providing product demonstrations.
