Provide a key role in developing company’s core product lines; focus on personal care products. Brands include: Selsun Blue, Dexatrim, Garlique and Gold Bond. • Proved skills as an effective interdepartmental liaison, working with Marketing, Operations, Product Development, R&D, Planning, Purchasing and Quality Assurance. • Developed products in a GLP, GCP and GMP environment. • Assured product compliance with FDA requirements (CFR 21) and gained unique insight to the approval process a product requires prior to public release. Developed, revised, and complied with SOP’s within project management scope. • Met with raw material supplier for evaluation. These included polymers, pigments, fillers, binders, etc. • Created improved elements to the product development process • Gained invaluable insight into effective sales techniques, working directly with representatives and being an audience to numerous presentations by industry leading companies, including: Dow Chemical, GE and 3M
