Daily Duties at Ymca Of Greater New York:
Manage off-site programs at PS84 that serves over 550+ children for the Greenpoint Y. Develop youth programming strategies through partnership with the Association Office as well as 23 affiliated branches. Supervise a staff of 25 employees. Implement HR strategies and procedures. Process ADP payroll, and manage multiple government projects totaling $380,000+ per fiscal year. Member of Greenpoint Leadership Team, Culture Team and Y Afterschool Cabinet. Report directly to Executive Director.
