Researched and prepared a comprehensive 2014 Marketing Plan for telecom provider of VoIP, data, security, network and cabling products and services. Included in the plan are recommendations for upgrading the contact database, web site, directory listings, media, image and credibility, customer service and direct mail. The plan included a ninety-day task driven implementation plan including costs/benefits. Currently implementing plan and creating job description and handbook for new hire.
