Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin:
Develops new courses and/or conducts formal professional training for customers, and/or in-house customer engineers, and/or OEM (original equipment manufacturers) customer engineers in all facets of computer hardware and software technology. This may include concepts and operation of the software and equipment, necessary programming, debugging, repairs and maintenance of data processing equipment. Determines course content and student learning objectives; prepares course syllabi, lesson plans, and student manuals. Evaluates training materials and procedures and makes or recommends revisions to keep courses abreast of software and equipment design. Maintains class records; writes, administers, and scores tests. Counsels students and evaluates student performance.
