Daily Duties at Wingspan Portfolio:
• Compile, Prepare and submit proper documentation accurately on behalf of qualified borrower’s to obtain mortgage financing. • Posses’ excellent knowledge of Mortgage Loan operations. • Processing government type loans FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac and SFO loan process • Moderate Proficiency with DTO mortgage software preferred. • Manage and maintain average pipelines: 75+ files. • Well- developed organization skills with the ability to work under pressure, in a team environment. • Submits mortgage loan application file for underwriting approval. • Communicate and work closely with the lending team to gather status of files in progress
