• QA Audit/ Post closing reviewing documents to confirm signed, initialed, Notarized as required. Also stacking documents in the correct audit form for client requirements • Coordinate/Communicate with processor, borrower, and client for insurances of completion of docs needed for auditing purpose. Instructions for Proceeds Due Borrower. • Review required docs to ensure compliance with company, state and county requirements. • Review title policy issued to ensure compliance with insurability and completion of refinance files.
