Daily Duties at Towne Centre Retirement Community:

Oversaw the largest retirement community for Capital Senior Living. The responsible for all aspects of Towne Centre's operations. This including financial, marketing, regulation compliance and resident satisfaction. Hired and trained all department director positions. Meet with marketing director daily on statue on marketing activity and move-ins. Prepared monthly reports of operations, financial analysis, and marketing reports. Reviewed and approved all accounting closing reports and all payroll reports. All Human Resources documentation including employee counseling, terminations, evaluations, and promotions required Executive Director's approval. Conducted daily director meetings to improve communication and current operation goals. Conducted all resident agreement signings with new residents and families. Assisted with all new employee orientation. Handled all internal resident transfers to ensure smooth transition. All resident and employee incident reports reviewed and follow up as needed. Maintained and enforced the employee safety program to ensure proper procedures are followed and employee well being is maintained. Conducted quarterly safety committee meeting to review past incidents and note follow up while allowing for employee input to safety issues. Reviewed and approved all invoices before being submitted for payment. Worked with Accounting Director to review Account Receivables and the status with each account.
