Develop 3-5 Year Strategic Mfg. Plan. Developed a process that delivered a project portfolio to meet the business goal to reduce costs by $0.29/KG. Worked with global team to develop integrated plan to increase asset utilization and maximize competitive position through product capability, quality and cost. Drove improved service and quality through lean manufacturing and new technology introduction. Implemented new extrusion capability for $10-20MM of new product revenue in wire coating and conductive resins capability. Reduced change overtime by over 50% on Lean Manufacturing Line. Reduced black specks and cross pellet contamination by >50%.
