Daily Duties at Sterling Capital Management:
Achieve financial, quality and activity goals in territory Partnered with field-based sales force (typically 1:1 relationship) to provide substantive client interactions to build relationships, grow and retain assets, and ensure productivity of top clients. Assist financial advisors within an assigned territory in the area of portfolio construction and practice management. Develop communication and presentation skills to demonstrate and deliver Sterling Capital investment ideas and solutions. Identify sales opportunities and advisor needs; cross-sell ideas and introduce new concepts. Work with various internal partners that support your business to provide top-notch service to our financial advisors. Ensure compliance with internal and external rules, policies, and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
