Managed financial and operational aspects of growth from less than 10 to over 30 employees, including expansion into ten countries in India, Russia, Eastern Europe and South America. Extrapolated key financial terms from subscriber contracts into a standardized report used by members of the Bio-statistical team and invoicing department. Served as Director of Regulatory Affairs for registry. Project Manager for two projects, one CMS-Medicare and one a major sub-study of the main registry.
