Daily Duties at Warbonnet Electric Inc.:

As the Chief Operations Officer I expanded our customer base to include DOE, DOD and hazardous chemical producers. Our safety and quality programs were updated and revised to support DOE and DOD NQA1 standards and OSHA requirements for Chemical plants and MHSA for mining production. I have managed over to 400 employees and a variety of subcontractors on multiple and single projects. I implemented quality significant controls and developed company wide and project specific safety programs. I have managed human resources, purchasing, cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable departments. I have extensive management experience with EPC and fixed price contracts for government, industrial and commercial customers. I have experience with estimation, scheduling, procurement, billing and change order resolution of fixed price, lump sum, cost plus fixed fee and unit of measure projects As the Chief Financial Officer I successfully completed multiple projects with unique cash flow challenges. I financed public and private projects that required 90 to 120 days of operating capitol with large upfront costs. I negotiated capital expansion with purchase and lease options. I have development cash flow information for financing, cost of capital measurement and IRR. As a business with a medium sized accounting office I had full GL responsibility with successful preparations for audited financial statements, all according to GAAP and bank and bonding reporting functions. The payroll was for 400 employees weekly, monthly payables involved 400 plus vendors and receivables involved 200 plus customers. We were a NECA/IBEW contractor complying with all collective bargaining agreements. As the Manager of Projects, I consistently and successfully managed fixed price projects that were bound by such diversified requirements as strict schedules and penalties including liquidated damages for failure of performance and timeliness of completetion. Throughout my management, construction and accounting career I have successfully completed projects ranging in size up to $300,000,000; involving many government, manufacturing, construction and energy fields. I’m proficient in the design, development, estimation, procurement and management of projects. I have managed up to 400 employees and a variety of subcontractors in multiple and single projects. I implemented quality significant controls and developed company wide and project specific safety programs. I have managed human resources, purchasing, cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable departments. I have extensive management experience of fixed price, cost plus, EPC contracts for government, industrial and commercial customers.
