Daily Duties at Bombardier Aerospace Learjet:
Responsible for the Electrical Design (EWIS) team consisting of 18 design engineers located in 3 countries (USA, CANADA AND MEXICO)and their design activities. Allocation of team resources to meet schedule and deliverables commitments. Initiate and chair all design team reviews, group meetings and daily morning status meetings. Design team follow up actions on design, schedules and deliverable commitment issues. Initiate and set schedule recovery plans when required. Relay design team needs, schedules and everyday business with senior program management. Provide technical guidance such as engineering design hours and system weight impacts for the electrical harness product change requests. Initiate and chair product development "Tiger Teams". Provide technical expertise and guidance to the design team in order to facilitate problem solving. Responsible for and dedicated to ensure the design team meets all deliverables deadlines, performance and schedule objectives. Responsible for ENOVIA database administration duties. Ensure electrical harness design meets compliance of EWIS requirements Part 25.1701 through Part 25.1733.
