Daily Duties at Fluor Government Group :

Managed forward operating base (FOB) Sharana for air and ground movement for about 2000 Fluor personnel and it's subcontractors to move about theater in Afghanistan. Scheduled transportation pickups, performed daily safety presentation on loading and off loading of helicopter and fixed wing aircraft for passenger safety, passenger cargo movement, daily communication with the military for civilian to travel on US military aircraft, assess to government classified SIPR account which holds air movement times and locations (ring routes), attend weekly management meetings to discuss and share information about the Sharana and its area of operation (AO). Communication with pilots on passengers movement which includes total weight, temperature, and # of passengers. Supported surrounding camps with movement of passengers when they were unable to move them to a specific destination. Organized personnel to safety (bunker) in a event of an attack on the base (incoming), Made quick and critical decision based on sudden situations in which a war zone environment brings. Maintain excels database forecast movement, daily movement reports (who, when, how, origin-destination) to HUB for total movement of Sharana, Estimated monthly movement of 1000 passengers, Managed up to 9 employees and their daily/time lapse responsibilities including task in such my department such was required to accomplish, such as time sheets, performance review, create Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Safety Task Assignments (STA), Composed Letter of Justification (LOJ) to military for my Other Country National (OCN) employees who only had specific privileges. Procure operational essential materials and oversee the handling of the department’s government property and acquired materials
