Daily Duties at New York University Medical Center:
Evaluated and implemented Cellular Immunology/Flow Cytometry immunophenotyping techniques and analytical protocols. Developed and maintained laboratory Quality Management protocols. Analyzed clinical and research samples. Performed external proficiency test and handled laboratory inspections (NYS Department of Health and College of American Pathology). Directed the day-to day operation of the Hematopathology Laboratory and managed 3 technologists.
