Daily Duties at University Of Minnesota Physicians Gi Clinic:

Schedule/coordinate clinic appointments/procedures, follow up all procedures, new referrals. , Sr. serves as the program interface and liaison between the clinic, the providers in different CSUs, the Fairview Endoscopy Center, and a free standing community based endoscopy center [Riverside Endoscopy Center [REC]] Ensures smooth patient flow, improved patient access, coordinated provider availability, monitoring and facilitating results reporting by appropriate resource and is the primary contact at UMPhysicians for the REC staff. Schedules procedures and answers phone calls, schedules, and coordinates new patient consults and follow-up as well as any other medical appointments ordered by providers to ensure high level of patient and provider satisfaction
