• Worked as an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse with responsibility for Monitoring heart rhythm changes using HP cardiac monitor, communicating with patients’ and their families regarding health status with effective interpersonal communication skills, follow physicians’ instructions and interpreting ECG changes and reporting to physician, working with physicians to develop treatment plans, communicating effectively with technologists like Echo cardiogram, CT scan, Laboratory, Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapists, and act as a liaison between patients’ families and hospital staff, eMAR updations, dealing with life- threatening problems worked with Cerner Millennium (EPI Center) EMR system. Clinical research activities on patients and medications, and supervised unlicensed nursing and other staff, communicate with case managers, and transportation – ADT. Managed risk involved with patients with active monitoring vitals – Phlebotomy, IV, ventilator skills. Medication skills including PO, IV (IV Push), SQ, IM, Topical. Also such as BP, Oxygenation, Saturation, and latest equipment
