Daily Duties at Danners Inc.:

Lead the LP efforts in all 3 divisions. Manage training, detection, investigations, development, operations, auditing, and Inventory shortage reduction. •Lead organizational development of key activities and determine in-function priorities. Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching and career development planning for direct reports and other team members, as necessary. •Develop, track, and control operating and capital budgets. •Develop and articulate consistent, measurable, and effective organizational strategies and metrics that deliver operational excellence and align objectives with T-Mobile values and overall business strategy.
