Daily Duties at Land Safe Appraisal:
National review of single family, 2-4 family, condominium, cooperatives and factory built properties. Calculated loan-to-value ratios, and derived gross rent multipliers. Working knowledge of the FNMA and USPAP valuation guidelines. Ability to conduct research and analysis utilizing internal and external valuation tools.
