• Head of Personnel and Administration department of the mine. • Recruitment, Training, HRIS, Budget, • Managed and supervised the Estate/Hospitality functions. • Managed and maintained cordial and peaceful Industrial Relations. • Worked as Grievance Redressal officer. Conducted and coordinated Departmental Disciplinary Inquiries. • Conducted Suggestion Scheme to get feedback and coordinated in Implementation of feasible suggestions. • Liaisoning with advocates and management in litigation matters pending in different courts & Liaisoning with State Authorities. • Conducted prospecting for Limestone and Dolomite on different deposits independently and have written different feasibility and prospecting reports. Planned and executed different drilling and sampling (including core drilling) projects on different deposits. • Conducted Hydro geological surveys/Borehole logging/well monitoring/draw down monitoring/yield measurements/sampling etc. Carried-out Geological Mapping of different areas. • Prepared & presented Geological reports including reserve calculation of different deposits. Study of Borehole logs, Production/Excavation Plan/Quality Plan. • Co-ordination of Environment Monitoring and Enforcement of Environment Laws and Norms.
