Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin:

• Occasional Graphics support after my regular daily tasks as needed for PowerPoint presentations and images. • Provide Support to Aegis Manager using Software Configuration • Produce, QA and format daily reports from various Data Bases as requested by Customers and logs the reports. • Plans, schedules, and coordinates various customer service requests • Create, QA and format Agendas/Minutes for various meetings and provide to the customers • Produce, QA and format weekly and monthly reports from various Data Bases on schedule for the Customers • Upload Data files to Data Bases as needed to keep updated weekly and provide data information as needed to the Customers • Update statusing for on-going projects via Data Bases as a result of meetings and per customer request and approval. • Update, QA, format, assist in the development and maintenance of CM processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed and post to the share folder on the Electronic Documentation System (ELDOCS) so those who need it can access it • Schedules and supports video teleconference and the reservation of the Video Teleconferencing Center (VTC) as needed. • Set up meetings as needed and send out Calendar Notices to the distro • Upload weekly log reports on the various reports, agendas, minutes and uploaded data files • Participate in Test Events when updates/changes are made to the database to insure that it’s working properly • Librarian Role of a Shared Data Base Library.
