Daily Duties at Hope N Home Care Virginia Beach:
Co-Owner, Business Operator to provide Psychiatric Community base services with Psychiatrists and Psychiatric RNs. Obtain business referrals from In-patient Psychiatric units for follow up and contract to provide Psychiatric services with several Assisted Living facilities On the Peninsula and Southside of Hampton Roads. Work closely with Community CSBs. Negotations for therapy services, (ie. Physical, Speech, Occupational) Recruit and manage MDs, RNs, PTs, OTs, STs, MSWs and billing oversight
