Daily Duties at Kaiser Permanente:

I was in charge of developing the administrative process around maintaining and monitoring research participants health record information for a $1 million study that was entitled "Linkbase," which was looking at how behavioral aspects of individuals personalities affected the nature of how individuals would care for themselves if they where provided with ongoing support in order to change their personal habits in order to become healthier while having Type II Diabetes Mellitus. in this project I completed design of an access data base that tracked pertinent information in relation to the studies participants. I maintained a very busy schedule for five research managers by recruiting over 300 participants into the study. in addition to my duties of recruiting I was also in charge of scheduling visits, and locations for our managing coaches to visit with our members.
