Daily Duties at Kaiser Permante:

As the department supervisor, for ancillary services I was in charge of initiating, planning, maintaining, controlling, and providing on going coaching and mentoring for our patient registration teams at Franklin Medical Office, and Skyline Medical Office. In this position my duties as a project manager revolved around improving our internal department processes in order to maintain a level of efficient consistency. This included hiring and terminating of employee's along with developing ongoing working schedules that would meet the needs of the medical campus which meant covering the front desk from open to close. I was also in charge of maintaining daily work schedules of over 15 employees, along with providing them with tasks that suited their personalities in order to ensure an environment of effective collaborative team work.
