Daily Duties at Kaiser Permanetne :

This position required me to monitor member services and benefit usage within the Optical department in Kaiser Permanente. I ran detailed sales reports for 14 stores auditing data to ensure that benefits were calculated and used according to the members benefit descriptions. I worked with the optical team and opticians to ensure they had the appropriate training in order to comply with policies and procedures for maintaining our member's benefits.
