Strong skills in extraction, isolation (column chromatography and HPLC), and characterization (HPLC, TLC, LC-MS, NMR) of chemicals from bacterial fermentation broth., Successfully writing SOPs and batch records of fermentation process and primary recovery., Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Statistics analysis program, ChemDraw, BioEdit, GCG, Sequencer, Vector IT15 (for DNA and Protein Analysis), and SDS (for QRT-PCR analysis).
