Daily Duties at Manpower(Supporting Sprint):

• Advised customer on how to factory restore Android, IPhone, Blackberry and Palm devices to factory settings. • Walked customer through first time setup of Android, IPhone, Blackberry and Palm devices. • Advised on IPhones how to connect phone to the computer and how to do the steps on their computer via ITunes for first setup and after factory restore. • Advised on Android devices how to use Gmail as their online phone book and the Google play store to restore there apps for first setup and after factory restore. • Advised customer on how to take their phones apart to locate the ESN and the Serial Number • Advised customer on how to enable and disable there mobile hotspot • Advise customer on how to properly use various devices. (Blackberry, IPhone, Android Devices, Tablets and mobile hotspot) • Answer phones for a phone company and deliver customer service. • Taking payments for the customer. • Understand the bills and how the work reflecting that information for the customer.
