Daily Duties at Percepta:
• Troubleshooting Internet Explorer (IE) browser, Microsoft office products, Java, Adobe and several of Ford Specific Software applications. • Created technical walkthroughs and user guides for coworkers and the dealers that we supported. • Educated dealers on how to use the Microsoft Dynamics software and how to resolve any issues with it. • Educated dealers on how to use various Ford Software applications. • Intergraded and Pilot tested a new Microsoft Dynamics Customer relationship management (CRM) System • Became the main support for the new CRM system for dealers. • Provide technical support for Web-based applications through FMCDealer to the US and Canada Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury (FLM) Dealerships. • Log issues via the request center and followed up to ensure resolution of the issue. • Ensured management team and agents are informed of outages, updated the Website when needed with this info. • Worked with Business Partners to resolve issues and discuss program changes, enhancements and improvement s for the team and the company. • Attended and oversaw the team meetings • Accurately respond to customer inquiries, document customer contacts and provide online support for applications. • Initiate outbound contacts as appropriate • Utilize available resources to respond to internal and external customer inquiries • Training new team members and complete training courses as directed by Operations and/or Training, Complete additional tasks and projects as needed. • Help identify process improvements and best practices for the team.
