Daily Duties at Isgn:

• Setup, Maintain and deploy different soft phones (Vicki Dial, 3cx, Avaya etc...) and Polycom VOIP Hard phones. • Working knowledge in assisting users with Level 2 desktop support while providing complete customer care for the employees. • Integral part of an IT team that installed, modify, created and integrated new desktop and laptops during normal work hours and with the migration to a new facility. • Working knowledge of the software and programs of Windows XP,7 and 8. • Worked with Active directory 2008 and 2012 providing assistance with system administration by unlocking the accounts, creating new accounts, migrating users and computer accounts to new units while staying within Group Policy Requirements. • Worked on installing and with using Citrix receivers and plug-ins for VPN's for different clients. • Minimal working knowledge of VMware. How to load them on the server, then load the main OS after that on that server. Helped create the new servers at our new facility by using this software. • Minimal Server room development and design knowledge. Installed and worked on putting in the server, routers, switches, cores and various components that make up a small sever room work for 150 plus users. • Used several different ticket programs mainly track it. • Used access for inventory means that I am currently assisting in moving to a SharePoint site so more than one user can be on the list at a time. • Responsible for file recovery of folders and files. • Minimal experience using exchange 2010 to creating and apply rules to mailboxes for current, new and old employees. • Working knowledge of Lync 2010 by generating new users and setting them up on computers for users
