• Use Oracle SQL Developer, for data analysis and to ensure data integrity and provide UPDATE, INSERT, and DELETE scripts as required. • Conduct SQL data analysis on various systems to provide written scripts to DBA for rapid integrated solutions. • Also read and tested triggers and procedures in SQL. • Serve as primary IT/customer interface, identifying requirements, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to customers across 26 Forward Operating Locations in other countries. • Gather requirements from internal and external customers to create and implement new software functionality using a standardized change management process to document and track application changes. • Conduct analysis on Department of State Enterprise Applications and make recommendations to increase efficiency and reduce application errors. • Working knowledge of Adobe Lifecycle. • Examples that I have worked on relating to our application, have included the implementation of the latest release notes, and training projects. • Provide training to customers on functionality of our application and Microsoft applications. • Proactively offer system modifications by providing recommendations. • Created and edited training documentation, Change Request (CR) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD). • Created supporting technical documentation for our application • Created User guides for our application to allow the users to understand how it functions.
