Daily Duties at Red Rock Running Company:

-Running apparel manager for two specialty running stores. I work with vendors to ensure that we maintain accurate inventory for seasonal, athletic trends and training trends -Adept running gate and biomechanics analyst, dedicated to fitting customers with shoes and clothing to meet their training and fitness needs. Responsible for fitting the correct shoe/equipment to meet the biomechanic/kinetic needs of the customer for max performance and injury reduction. -Proven history of success in maintaining a loyal, returning customer base by focusing on tailoring individual requirements with running and fitness products. -Effective in utilizing social media outreach to creatively motivate customers to try new products and training equipment. Additionally, responsible for store social media outreach via facebook, twitter, and blog. I have my own blog that is followed by several athletic brands (lookatthatgirlrun.blogspot.com) -Maintain up-to-date knowledge base for multiple athletic and endurance brands, products, and technology through online training, local representative outreach, and exposition events. Maintain weekly brand training via 3point5.com -Familiar with seasonal athletic wear trends, colors, developments, accessories and new product promotions- responsible for seasonal athletic apparel purchasing and inventory -Responsible for accurate inventory counts at two of our stores and forecasting upcoming seasonal training equipment needs/trends. -Marathon and competitive trail runner, self-test endurance athletic products to provide guided feedback for customer fitness requirements. Responsible for leading group runs and assisting with local race directing/management.
