Daily Duties at Black Ridge Energy Services:
Decide which projects that we are asked to bid on with company owners. Perform the take off and put the bid together. Communicate with suppliers and sub contractors to request estimates. Communicate with bonding agent to get required bonds and insurance requirements per job. Once the project is awarded I over see the buy out of lighting,equipment and issue subcontracts the project with the purchasing manager. Once the project proceeds to mobilization I work with the owners as to scheduling of labor and tools. Through the course of the job I respond to all communications such as RFI's and change orders as well as cost analysis on budgets. Work with the office manager to submit monthly billings to the contractors as well as checking invoices from suppliers for their payment.
