Daily Duties at Bb&T Insurance Services, Inc.:

Sales Role: Market and implement employee benefit plans (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D, Short and Long Term Disability, as well as various Voluntary Benefit Plans) for small and medium-size employers. Consulting Role: Develop and implement employee communication plans/strategies to improve employee’s appreciation and understanding of their benefit plans. Consult and assist employers in staying in compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, DOL, IRS, and PPACA. Management Role: Manage the Employee Benefits Team’s Account Managers and Employee Benefit Producers to accomplish our sales objectives and revenue goals.
