Daily Duties at Avaya Federal Solutions:
- Directly responsible, alongside project management, to plan activities to define milestones, reserve resources, coordinate with multiple vendors/services providers, coordinate project activities, resource scheduling, contractual compliance, customer satisfaction, escalation activities, and maximization of profitability of project. - Direct and successfully deliver very large and complex projects globally, including installations or systems additions, netting approximately 11 million per quarter. - Provide total project leadership and is directly accountable for the project team's performance and individual success and growth including career development. - Assign and direct implementation staff. - Monitor multiple projects simultaneously from preconception through delivery and post implementation assurance. - Regimented cadence of team building, negotiation, conflict management, and rewards and recognition. - Define goals and objectives for direct reports and perform mid-year and annual reviews and provide feedback. - Identify complex business needs and develop cutting edge solutions that require full integration of the company's strategies
