Ensures that all food and beverage locations are stocked with an adequate supply of operational essentials Assist Senior Manager in keeping operating costs to a minimum by efficient and responsible use of resources which includes managing labor cost. Oversees maintenance of inventory control procedures and maintains and safeguards the inventory of products, supplies and equipment. Increase guest satisfaction level by delivering an improved product through employee development, job engineering and quality image. Analyzes customer compliments and complaints and follows up on them. Assist the Executive Chef in analysis of the production of new menu items and completely new menus. Ensuring price changes are properly reflected throughout the building when applicable. Continually monitor activities of staff to ensure efficient operation; which includes sets up floor assignments, early releases, and section rotations for staff to ensure proper coverage at all times. Assists in optimizing beverage selections, promotions and on floor sales tactics. Orders supplies as necessary. Disseminate company wide information to front-line employees to ensure they are kept well-informed of corporate communications, policy changes, etc. Perform other duties as assigned
