Directed brand and channel marketing activities for two residential heating and air conditioning brands – Trane and American Standard – with overall responsibility for strategic and tactical marketing plan development and implementation, including such areas as national and local media plans, public relations, advertising, brand preference and loyalty programs. Managed various internal teams and external agency partners to deliver business results. Resided on extended leadership team while reporting to VP, Marketing. • Managed $60MM yearly budget. • Increased local marketing leads by 7 to 14% per year. • Grew local marketing ad club spend by 3 to 5% per year, building it to $15MM within six years. • Leveraged $15MM local co-op advertising funds through online marketing resource center. • Identified and improved key dealer marketing drivers by 1-2 pts. over past two years. • Responsible for two elite dealer programs and national conferences, with over 1,600 dealers in attendance. • Championed national strategic plans such as in-store Trane showroom concept and marketing plan with Lowe’s and VISION House with Green Builder Media and Disney.
